ONLINE RESOURCES FOR
LEARNING:
There are tools that
facilitate the task of scientific research and learning. Through the internet
you can relate to researchers who are in remote parts of the world but who have
jobs, doubts and similar findings.
It is true that we can
make the mistake of going from blog to blog and not go deeper into the news and
contributions they bring so, this results in a personal energy cost because,
the time required to create blogs, web pages, others.
However, the generous
community of learning runs training process that articulates and shares similar
interests. This is a concrete way that enhances the virtual process in order to
grow as people and professional.
The Facebook is a
powerful social network that we use to facilitate our daily communication but
it is necessary take Facebook on academics fields. This is an information
channel that allows you to receive updates on the work performed by individuals
or institutions and puts them in qualitative relations and contacts with the
knowledge and science data.
There are other tools
like Twitter, youtube, playlists, e -book, ReadList, Blog, prezzi, many others
that are free or paid, but more importantly, they allow us to put the contents
in different environments.
How is your experience using online resources for learning?
Nowadays, On-line resources are very important, I searched about specific topic and found information, I could practice in youtube, or when I had dudes about pronunciation, used programs for listen, I like You tube, because, this page help me to practice listening and speaking. ResponderEliminarIn fact, the most of information I can find on internet. On facebook, the way to comunicate the information with friends and posts on the profiles, it has helped me to understand the meaning of some phrases and increase the vocabulary.

I think internet is useful for learners but the social network makes the people entertainment and loose the way of learn scientific topic. for intance people write with misspellings and numbers together letters (instead they say I love you; they say I <3 U. Instead they say We are nice people liking to enjoy; they say we r nice people liking 2 enjoy). but there are websites that really teach you like wikipedia.
ResponderEliminarI think is so important for me to use these tools. So I use YouTube to watch videos in order to practise pronunciation because this tool has helped me to improved my listening and speaking skill. In the other hand Facebook helps to share information with classmates.
ResponderEliminarsince my point of view , the internet is the most important tool for anyone because nowadays everything is under the new media .Internet can serve various purposes based on one's requirement. And above all it’s useful for any person if they are being guided properly to use it. I cannot say if this makes us smart or more silly because it depends on how the users use it ,in my case it makes me more smart due to that I learn a lot of things on internet when I do not know.
ResponderEliminarIt is true that people tend to use internet in the wrong way. The thing is that in schools or high schools they do not teach how to use internet in a appropriate way or how to difference if the information is real or false. When I look for different resources I have to make sure that the information is reliable. Once you find a page where the information is useful or real, the owners of that blog or page to make it better known they create a different page in a social network because these pages are where people tend to look for them the most. As a cloncusion I will say that you have to learn or look for online resources in a appropriate way and responsibly.

ResponderEliminarWe are living in 2014 and every thing has change in this world specially in the communication field. Nowdays there are many wetsites that you could visit and communicate with your loves ones, make shopping, download movies, songs specially for research projects it makes it easier to.
ResponderEliminarWe can learn a lot of things from internent, but many times this cause a damage because we find specific information about a topic and not a all the information that we used to read at the library 15 years ago.
ResponderEliminarI think that is very important to create a schudele, in the first time, all in excess is bad, not all is bad. Nowadays young people has this problem. The problem could be of the parents, they have not care for them at they free time. The technology is valued (more) by adults, not by young people, why? Because they have more time alones, and is more probably that they find others thing, for example, bad pages (sex) or simply games....that is...lost time.
ResponderEliminarIn any case for me is so important because I think that is the way to obten new information, new friends and so on. But, there is a bad point in these cases, how at is it? some people like to share bad things or bad pictures it is shamefull. Apart this people has no values. Must be a way to regular networks to the young people....How? really, I do not know. But there must be a way.

ResponderEliminarWell, my experience have not been very good using online resources for learning, but actually is because I don´t dedicate much time to research and I accept it, but it's true, the little time that some times I have researched I have felt very intelectual and full of new information that I never thought finding and is in those momentos that I think: If I were a good reader, I would be smarter than nowdays.
My experience as a student who use internet to clear about any doubt or to search an information about a homework. It has been a great experience because almost always I found what I look for. People who use online resourses to learn all time have more opportunities to keep up so we can have internet in anywhere and any time, and it is a source with a lot information and we need to know how we can get true information or scientific information. Social networks are useful too because we can use it to send information or to change information because people are in contact all time.
ResponderEliminarDefiniteIy, technology has become in an important tool in new educational processes. Internet for example help us to find full information about specific issues. As everything, it has advantages and disadvantages. Advantages are the gamma of options that you have for researching. Disadvantages are the ways in which it may be used, I mean there are not limits above all in certain websites as facebook which is important too because it allows a fast communication but people should use it in approppriate way in order to the websites don´t become the best way to waste the time.
ResponderEliminarThere are many ways to learn english, they include online resourses, but my personal oponion about them is not the best, because I do not really like to spend many hours sit in front a computer "trying to learn". However there are persons how really enjoy it and prefer study on internet, in fact they believe that save money and time than going every single day to a university. That is why nowdays there are many distance universities where you do not need to attend every day because professors send you the topics that you must reseach and learn. But of course all depends how you will use the online resources.!

ResponderEliminarI agree with my classmates. Internet is certainly a useful tool for learning, and the key is to use it correctly. While they are many people who take advantage of it by learning new things online, there are some others that don´t really enjoy using technology. I teach students under the ages of 9-12 and they feel engaged when you use online resources as homework or on even in class. In my experience, I can say that online learning can be as effective as face-to-face learning if it is well directed. Some of my students (especially the ones that struggle), like working online because they can go at their own pace. We live in the technology era where students start learning from their parents tablets since they are babies, and it is necessary for teachers to be aware of this.

However we have to be aware about what type of information is the appropiate and factual. Also we have to take care at the time we use social networks, because they might be dangerous and end up in a complite waste of time.

For me, using online resources of learning is a rewarding experience because I like the technology and many people like me have access through tablets, smartphones or computers.
